Jeannie's News & Notes:



I am totally and completely shopped out! No more stores, no more lines, no more rude people blocking aisles with their baby-strollers. NO MORE, I say! Can someone explain to me how it is that the economy is dead and yet all the stores are mobbed and no one has lowered any of their prices? I’m confuzzled, as usual.



(1) Tomorrow is the group art exhibition in Port Jervis, NY @ The Shop. All the cool kids will be there, so you should report for duty, as well! More info is on the flyer @ [link]

I cannot express how thrilled I am with how they have turned out: I'd like to stand on my rooftop and scream it to the world! In fact, I tried to do just that but the ice caused me to slip and fall and now I need a back brace. So buy some calendars so that I can get that taken care of, wouldja?


(3) I am currently accepting ONLY paid shoots until mid-January. So please hold off on TFCD-queries until January; and this will allow me some much needed time to catch up on my massive backlog of messages. (This holds true for ANY website where you can find my work.)


(4) Speaking of my massive message backlog, I am VERY SORRY that I am so behind with my mail, comments, favorites, etc. I have over 10K deviations waiting to be sifted through, and approx. 8K messages, comments, etc. to sift, as well. I’m trying to clean that up before 2009 hits, but we’ll see how realistic that goal is going to be. So in short: I didn’t disappear or stop caring, I’m just….inundated.

So I will close this week’s blog out by saying, in case you didn’t know, yesterday was my big 3-0! (Hey, that rhymed!) It was a nice day and I’m trying to stretch it to a week-long affair. So I’m going to go eat cake and order myself more pressies online…
