Let's waste no time today, as I have VERY exciting news to report:




(1) Daily Deviation. I DID IT, FOLKS!!! I GOT SOMEONE A DAILY DEVIATION!!! A much-deserved DD, at that.

(2) HOLY SCHNIKES, CATWOMAN! Last week I discovered that I was featured in the “Daily Dozen” during the second week of May on the National Geographic website. This means that my image has a potential of being published in an upcoming issue of the magazine in their monthly “Your Shot” feature. It has been my dream to get into the pages of National Geographic since before I picked up a camera, so this is very exciting for me. (3) “Let’s Play With Ketchup” is merely a product of my bizarre sense-of-humor. As I am painfully behind on features and have a list of deviations that is running (currently) six months behind, I am going to use this as a means of “catching-up”. Can you believe it's been over 10 weeks already?

(4) Models. With universities and whatnot letting out for vacations in the U.S. and beyond, many people will be traveling this summer. I have noticed quite a few of the models that I watch on dA posting about upcoming trips. That said, if you will be in or around New York (NYC and Long Island) and wish to work together, please drop me a note with as much advance notice as possible. Please also be aware that I am currently shooting mostly only fine art nudes for TFCD, everything else is at a fee. Of course, never be afraid to ask- you never know what I might say! And please: don’t e-mail me to tell me I can fly you to NY this summer. Seriously. People have done it and it’s just….dumb. Don’t do it!


(5) Contest. I didn’t forget about it! Right now, I’d like to ask if there is anyone willing to donate prizes? Prizes do not necessarily have to be subscriptions, but can include agreeing to feature the winner(s) in your journal; creating a deviation for the winner(s); offering a Print from your gallery to the winner; etc. Be creative!





That’s it for this week, folks. This weekend is Fourth of July in the U.S., and I will also have a special visit from an aunt and uncle that I have not seen in over five years. I’m very excited to see them, so I am absolutely looking forward to the coming days.
